Where we ship
We currently ship within India to addresses our courier partners service. If your PIN code is unserviceable at checkout, we will not be able to accept the order for that address-please try an alternate location or contact us for options.
Order processing
After payment confirmation, we typically pack and hand over your order to the carrier within 24-48 business hours. During sales, holidays, or high volume, processing may take a little longer; we will communicate delays when they are material.
- Business hours exclude Sundays and public holidays unless we state otherwise on the site.
- Orders placed late in the day may enter processing the next business day.
Delivery timelines
Standard delivery is usually 6-8 business days after handover to the courier, for metro and well-connected areas. Remote or tier-3 locations may need additional time.
Timelines are not guaranteed-weather, strikes, carrier capacity, and local restrictions can cause delays. The tracking link (when available) is the best source for live status.
Shipping charges
Any shipping fees, free-shipping thresholds, or promotions are shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to adjust published rates or offers; the price you confirm at checkout applies to that order.
Packaging
We pack products to reduce damage in transit. For soil, manure, and plant-related items, outer packaging may vary by batch or supplier while contents match what you ordered.
Address accuracy
Please enter a complete, correct address and a reachable phone number for the recipient. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping may apply for resending the package, subject to product condition.
Tracking
When our carrier provides tracking, we share it by email or in your account area. It may take up to 24 hours after handover for the first scan to appear.
Failed or delayed delivery
Couriers may attempt delivery multiple times or ask you to collect from a hub. If a package is unclaimed or refused without a valid reason aligned with our returns and refund policy, we may treat the order as complete or apply restocking and shipping charges as fair in the circumstances.
Damaged or missing items in transit
If the outer package is visibly damaged, note it with the delivery person if possible and photograph the package before opening. Report issues within the timeframe described on our returns and refund page so we can help quickly.
